Warranty Cover Limited Warranty

Subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in the Contract and the terms and conditions of the Proposal, Experts Garage Doors LLC (“Contractor”), hereby warrants that the services furnished under the Contract will be of professional and workmanlike quality, according to standard practice in the industry in Pennsylvania. Contractor hereby assigns and agrees to deliver to Owner all warranties received from manufacturers of any materials provided by Contractor in connection with performance of the Work. Material warranties are solely those of the manufacturers of the materials, and Owner agrees to look to the manufacturer for all material warranty claims.
Contractor’s Limited Warranty does not extend to and does not cover materials or supplies or work performed by Owner or others.

Contractor will provide the following warranties

Limitations:

If Owner does not agree to all repairs, other work indicated or recommendations as required by Contractor, no warranty will be provided for any labor.
The warranty is voided if Owner alters or modifies any part of the garage door, including but not limited to the following; painting the garage door, tweaking the garage door motor, rewiring, and hiring a different contractor after repair/replacement has been done.
The warranty is voided if forceful method has been used on the garage door.
The warranty is voided if any installed part fails due to malfunction of the frame, and frame was not installed by the Contractor.
No warranty against intrusions is provided if the floor is not smooth and level.
No warranty against damages dealt by extreme weather conditions (Flood/Heatwave/Blizzard etc.).
No warranty on additional hardware's
No warranty for glass on the panels
No warranty for consumers who continues to use the door after a spring/cable/pulley has been broken.

Contractor warrants that it will (at its sole option) repair, replace, or pay to Owner the reasonable cost of such repair or replacement of any substantial defect in Contractor’s workmanship, which are brought to the Contractor’s attention within the above warranty period. Contractor reserves the right to determine the best methods of repair.

THE OWNER AGREES TO VISIT OUR WEBSITE AND WATCH THE VIDEOS FOR BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING BEFORE CALLING FOR WARRANTY.

This includes but not limited to sensor alignment, manually releasing the door from the motor etc.
